In the afternoon the weather got better. We drove to Raron and took the cable car up to Eischoll. It's a small cabine, and we had to take off our front wheel. In that configuration we were able to fit 5 bikes and 5 persons. And the GA was here also valid.
Optional you can take the chairlift up to Striggen, saving even more elevation.
The trail ends at the train station Gampel-Steg. But on the other side of Rhone is a bike trail heading back to Raron.
