Yesterday the Vegagerðin announced a red warning for today, warning of violent storm. During the night, the status was lowered to orange. Meaning, travel should be okish, but the wind are still strong, 25-30 m/s. So, I continued my way towards north west.
I planned to take a bath in Mývatn, but the bath was closed because of the storm. Plan B was the new Geothermal Sea bath in Húsavík. But that one was closed for maintenance.
Well... Akureyri has a bath. So, Akureyri it is.
