Our idea was to climb in Sunndalen, but... no more ice. So we backtracked our way towards Oppdal. And we tried our luck at Svøu. That's between Sunndal and Oppdal. At Gjøra turn to road 314 and drive direction Vangshaugen. At the first hairpin curve you have a view into Svøu. Actually you could rappel here, but it's recommend to do that only, when the fall is wholly frozen. We continued the road to Svindal Farms and parked the car there. There is a bridge over Svøu.
