Snytisen is all the way to Vangshaugen. Drive to Gjøra, take the 314 to Vangshaugen. From Vangshaugen follow the cross country tracks. It's a 6 km hike to the base, and at the end 300 m elevation to the start of Snytisen Wi4+.
