This is one of the famoust fall here in Hemsedal, Grøtenutbekken Wi5. Drive to Ulsåk, and park the car at the Kiwi Mini Market. Continue on foot, following the main street towards Trøim for about 700 m. You are then more or less below the fall. Then hike up towards the fall, 900 m. It took us about 1 hour, but there was already a track.
