We like to climb Via Helena. It took us a little bit to find the right road to get there. From Ceniga take the road Via Al Ponte. There are several parking possibilities close to the Eremo S. Paolo. Look for a path through the forest towards the wall. A path goes along the wall, leading to the start of Via Helena. The route name is written on the wall.
After the climb, we walked down. A broad straight path leads us down. A cairn marked then the descend through the forest towards Via Al Ponte.
